Packaged a unique transaction leading to development of a joint facility built on land adjacent to the West Falls Church Metro site on I-66 and operated by the University of Virginia and Virginia Tech. The facility is a 105,000 SF brick-and-glass building with a fiber optic backbone and a down link capacity to many classrooms.
