These professionals possess expertise in project feasibility analyses, law, architecture, engineering, construction management/cost estimating, urban design/master planning, appraisals, project financing, accounting/tax, historic certifications, commercial brokerage/leasing, traffic/transportation impacts, land use/zoning and community relations. These professionals each have between 4-32 years of relevant experience, and each have worked in a wide variety of economic and geographic settings. Depending upon the requirements of each of our assignments, the appropriate team is assembled to quickly address client needs in cost-effective manner.
