Packaged a $32 million, 32-unit residential condominium project in the Beachfront South redevelopment sector of the City fronting on the new oceanfront boardwalk project. Led negotiations resulting in payment of a developer contribution to fund public improvements and execution of a redevelopment agreement between the City and Bluffs Development Urban Renewal, LLC.
