Participated on a multi-disciplinary team tasked with preparation of a downtown revitalization plan. Worked closely with the selected urban design/planning/architecture firm by provided the development economics research component that formed the economic underpinnings for the plan. Provided analyses of key development opportunity properties/sites that could capture revitalization potentials. Participated in numerous consensus-building sessions with business leaders and officials at Lake Superior State University whose ideas were incorporated into the revitalization recommendations.
