Also provided strategic guidance on how to develop a 1,200-acre raw land assemblage into industrial uses at Crosspointe, where Rolls Royce opened a $170M, 180,000 SF advanced manufacturing and research campus to manufacture parts for the company’s most advanced civil aerospace engines.
