Managing all development activities for design and construction of an oceanfront pier with a ferry terminal, commercial uses and public venues/amenities, that would replace/upgrade the City’s pier destroyed by fire in the 1980’s. Over 75,000 SF of commercial uses (restaurants, retail) are being programmed to support patronage generated in part by a high-speed ferry terminal that would provide transportation between this northern NJ region to midtown Manhattan. Public venues and amenities are also being programmed for this unique public/private venture.
