Prepared market and financial feasibility analyses and assisted with identifying and evaluating a series of alternative reuse schemes for the former Chrysler Dodge Main Assembly Plant, the largest single industrial building under one roof. Devised a strategy to demolish existing structures, acquire adjacent properties through condemnation for public benefit, and site redevelopment to accomodate a modern GM assembly plant for Cadillacs. Assisted with packaging efforts to implement the project and helped secure approximately $200M in public funding for this $735M project, including a $30M UDAG.
