Teamed with an MBE/WBE firm to lead redevelopment efforts for a $39 million residential/retail project in the downtown area near a MARTA transit stop. Activities included securing property options, soliciting developers, analyzing developer proposals, and proposing a public funding assistance package that included use of tax allocation bonds and New Market Tax Credits to close a development funding gap.
